UV Printing
Full color printed straight onto the object. Glass, metal, acrylic, wood, leather, plastic. No transfer, no vinyl, no heat press. A white underbase goes down first so the color stays true on dark and clear surfaces.

What we print on
Stainless tumblers and bottles, pint glasses and barware, acrylic awards and signage, wood panels and coasters, phone cases, leather patches, metal plates, PVC and plastic parts. If it is rigid and fits the bed or the rotary, it prints. Send us a photo if you are not sure.
How the price is worked out
By the minute, because that is how the machine charges us. A bigger print takes the head longer, a smaller one goes faster, and the price follows the clock rather than a table someone made up. It also means the price moves with every single piece instead of jumping at 12, 24 and 48, so you never have to pad an order to reach a break. Ordering the number you actually need is always the right answer here.
Sending your own items
Welcome, and it is usually the cheaper route. Send 10% over your count. Powder coat, anodizing and some coatings take ink differently, and the odd piece comes through with a defect we did not put there. We will not replace items we did not supply, so the spares are your safety net.
Artwork
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or a 300 dpi PNG at print size. Transparent background if the item is not white. We send a proof before anything runs, and setup is already in the price above.
Turnaround
Most jobs run in 5 to 7 business days from proof approval. Large runs are scheduled around machine time, and the calculator tells you the hours so you can see what you are asking for. Rush is available, ask.
