All Above Prints LLC collects information to operate our website, process orders, and improve our products and services. When you place an order or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and your order and artwork. We use this to produce your order, send proofs, communicate with you, and provide support.
We process payments through Stripe. Your payment information is collected and handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy and security standards, and we do not store your full card details on our servers. You can review Stripe privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, including pages viewed, traffic sources, and general location and device information. We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors interact with our site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. These tools help us improve our site and market our products. Data is captured using first and third party cookies and similar technologies. Learn more at microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement and policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Google Ads to promote our services. This may involve cookies and tracking that help us measure ad performance and understand which visits lead to orders, so we can improve our advertising and reach people interested in custom apparel.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and site functionality. By using our site you agree to these technologies. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through their settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Every item is custom produced for you using your artwork. Because these are made to order, all sales are final once you approve your proof. We send a digital proof on every order and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
When you approve your proof, you accept it as shown, including spelling, wording, layout, colors, sizing, and art placement. We produce exactly what you approved. Errors that appear in an approved proof are your responsibility and are not eligible for a free remake or refund.
You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the legal right to reproduce any logo, trademark, or copyrighted work you submit. You retain ownership of your artwork and grant us a limited license to produce your order. We may decline any order that infringes a third party right or is otherwise inappropriate.
Vector artwork is preferred. Low resolution artwork is produced at your risk and we are not responsible for the quality of art supplied below print standards. Art recreation, vectorizing, and embroidery digitizing may carry a fee quoted before work begins. Screens, films, and digitized embroidery files we create remain our property unless purchased, and we are not obligated to store them for future reorders.
Colors on a screen or monitor do not match printed ink or embroidery thread, and color matching including Pantone is approximate, not exact. Shading can vary between blanks from different dye lots. These variations are normal and are not grounds for a refund.
Blank garments depend on supplier stock and availability. If a style, color, or size is discontinued or out of stock, we may substitute a comparable blank and will give you notice when we do.
Decoration is loaded and registered by hand. Print and stitch placement carries a standard tolerance of roughly one inch. Custom runs also carry a standard spoilage and quantity tolerance of up to three percent over or under the ordered amount. Orders delivered within these tolerances are considered complete.
Prices are shown per piece and collected at checkout by card, processed securely. Full payment is required before production begins, and nothing is produced until payment clears and your proof is approved. California orders are subject to sales tax. Quoted prices may change if you change quantity, colors, garment, or locations.
Standard production is six to eight business days, counted from proof approval and cleared payment, and is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Delays caused by art changes, slow approvals, supplier stock, or other factors outside our control extend the timeline. Shipping time depends on destination and we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order ships. Free local pickup is available in Chatsworth.
Because each order is custom, we do not accept returns for preference, wrong size, or wrong quantity selected by you. If items are materially flawed, decoration quality falls below a reasonable range, or the product is materially different from the approved proof, we will repair, remake, or refund the affected pieces at our discretion. Report any issue within seven days of delivery with photos.
You may change or cancel only before proof approval and before production starts. Once your proof is approved or production begins, changes and cancellations can no longer be accepted, and any blank garments already ordered for your job are billable.
Disputing a charge on a custom order that you approved and that we produced is a breach of these terms. You agree to pay any collection costs and fees we incur to recover payment. We retain your order agreement, timestamp, and approved proof as records.
If we agree to decorate garments or items you provide, we are not liable for damage to those items during decoration and we do not issue spoilage credit on goods you supply.
Orders that are not picked up or paid within sixty days of completion may be subject to storage fees or treated as abandoned.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Above Prints LLC from any claim arising from the artwork you submit or your violation of these terms or any third party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
